Term of Services
You must read and follow these terms below to have the best experience – as well as protect your rights when using my services.
A. The Copyright
- I own half of the copyright to the product (adoptable design/commission art) that I make. So, all my works must be credit: Myan Mocnhi.
- The customer owns half of the copyright to the product (adoptable design/commission art) purchased from me. These products are personal uses only, not for commercial uses without my permission. If you want to use it with a commercial form, then you has to pay an extra cost ( dm and deal with me).
- If numerous rules are violated, I reserve the rights to revoke your ownership rights to the products.
- I have the right to use the commission art (low quality / watermarked version) I’ve done as sample art. If you want to keep your commission art privately, you have to pay more 10 % of total cost.
B. Payment
Applies to both adoptable and commission
- Banking: ( VND ) 1 $ = 22.000 VND
- Paypal: ( USD )
- Transferwise: ( USD )
- I will send an invoice to your email.
C. More information about my services
1. Adoptable design
- Bid in chain. Only bid when you have the ability to pay, responsible for your choice of auction.
- The auction will end 48 hours after the last bidder.
- Complete payment in 48 hours. If the payment is overdue, the adoptable will be auctioned again.
- The auction winner will receive:
+ PNG high quality file, no watermark.
+ Illustration picture on adoptable batch image ( if any )
+ The auction winner can resell the adoptable design, but the price of resell cannot be higher the last bid price.
+ The auction winner has the right to edit the adoptable design that you bought from me, but not over 30% changes of the original detail.
2. Commision
- Responsible for your choice of commission.
- You must pay a deposit of 70% of the total cost after approving the sketch. The payment term is 72 hours, after receiving the deposit, I will continue to complete the picture (line/painting/render).
- You must pay the remaining 30% of the total cost when I finish the picture. The payment term is 72 hours, after receiving the full payment, I will send the fully file to you.
- Time to receive sketch: 3-5 days after you send me brief.
- Time to receive finished paintings: 7-14 days after you pay the deposit.
- In the process of drawing commission, I may have many personal problems (artblock/downmood/device problem) that affect the time to complete the picture. If it’s more than 14 days and I haven’t finish the picture for you, I will ask you for more time to continue completing the picture within the next 7 days, and draw you a small gift as an apology for the inconvenience delay. If it’s still not completed 7 days later, I will have to refund 100% of your deposit, and draw you a small gift to apologize.
- However, if I get any problems while drawing commission, I will notify you. Otherwise, I will definitely finish the picture on time.
- Update the drawing process ( W.I.P ) with the customer once every 2 days
- The customer will receive:
+ PNG high quality file, no watermark, canvas over 1000 x 1000 px, dpi 350
+ Bonus gift picture file ( if any )
